It’s Saturday, and I’ve eaten far too much leftover Halloween candy. I will now subject you to the random firings of my processed sugar addled brain. These are random TTRPG thoughts.
- Dungeon Minister is hosting a small con this weekend called “Clericon.” I’m jealous, both because I can’t be there and because I didn’t think of the name first.
- My BFRPG table fought a extra-dimensional god this week. It was a wild fight. Players would have been downed had the god’s most power lieutenant not been webbed. That was a good move.
- We had a party Monday night before our town’s halloween parade so I’d begged out of my Monday table 1. But we got done early so I was able to jump in right in the middle of a big fight and that was cool.
- I’m really excited to have Kelsey Dionne on Skipping Lunch on November 13 at Noon (US Eastern)!
- PaxU is coming. I’m tempted to bring my ICRPG adventure with me and gather up some players.
- I’ve got my second Numenera session this coming Monday. It’s gonna be fun!
- Dragonbane is a really fun game.
- I’m tempted to take my Numenera party on a tour through multiple Cypher System settings, just to mess with their heads.
- Because I have so many games I’d like to play, I’m tempted to do bi-monthly in person one shots just to scratch some itches!
- I’d like to start a club for some of the local kids, there’s a lot of students here who’d benefit from playing–making friends, putting their day dreams to use 2, and confronting things like anxiety in a safe way.

We’re playing 13th Age, which is a fine game but not my favorite. I do like that my character is tone deaf but everyone who hears him sing thinks his singing voice is beautiful. ↩

So they can learn it’s a super-power. ↩
