Today is my first day back to my “normal” schedule after vacation. I’m half-way through my coffee, everyone else is asleep, and my brain’s electrical output is ramping up with spurts and sputters. These are random TTRPG thoughts.
- I was able to play a Vulcan last night. Vulcans make it easy to get into a Star Trek feel.
- My Basic Fantasy RPG game has been on hiatus for a month. It’ll be nice to ruin those character’s lives again this week.
- My first giveaway was a success! Now I need to find a box to ship the book.
- I have encountered, for the most part, kind people in the TTRPG space. The downside is it makes the unkind people stand out through contrast.
- I’m grateful to the publishers who have given me the opportunity to review their books. That’s something I never want to take for granted.
- While high fantasy is not my favorite style of play, friends convinced me DC20 is worth checking out. I picked up the PDF. We shall see.
- Our Star Trek adventure last night included a transporter malfunction. The classics are the best.
- I may do a stream for Cypher System where people bring on their characters from other systems and we try to remake them in Cypher. That could be interesting.
- I must find some time to run Knave 2e soon.
- What TTRPG should I purchase next?
