Random TTRPG Thoughts #64

Spring is coming, the trees are trying to kill me, and we seem to be living in the stupidest timeline. Good thing I have some coffee brewed to help clear my allergy/reality-triggered headache. These are random thoughts.

  1. The further I read into Monty Python’s Cocurricular Mediaeval Reenactment Programme, the more I am impressed with it. Surf in tonight as I chat with developer Brian Saliba!
  2. RIP Spatts Ironmaster, Mallard Warrior. You died saving an ally, and will be missed.
  3. I finally got to play Munchkin Shadowrun because no one was sick for the first time in two months. It was fun!
  4. Prep for PAGE 3 is well underway, and even the little hints that are being dropped are making me excited.
  5. Ecclesicon 2025 is “boutique” convention, I’m hoping we get around 60 players. But we’ll have vendors, snacks, and a kick-butt auction. Thanks to everyone who donated! March 28-30 in Palmyra, NJ. Come out so we can roll some dice and do some good!
  6. A nearby brewery has a D&D night, but they’re open to folks offering other games. I think I’ll try my hand at running a game there.
  7. Is everybody ready for tariff-triggered gameflation? Stupidest trade-war ever.
  8. Ecclesicon tee-shirt pre-sales will close March 17. Supply will be limited, so if you want to guarantee you’ll get one order soon! We’re not set up for delivery right now, so the only way to get one is to come to Ecclesicon!
  9. I am itching to play Sentinel Comics RPG in person. Dang it.
  10. PAGE 3 is teasing a Shadowdark event, this excites me.
