Believe it or not, my “day job” is actually pastoring a small Baptist church in New Jersey. This coming Mother’s Day Weekend, in fact, will be my 20th anniversary here. It’s pretty insane when I think about it.
It’s a beautiful space, and we make room for a lot of folks to help the community, but it’s old so it requires some upkeep. And now it’s time to replace the roof. We’re in the midst of a capital campaign to raise $30,000 toward raising our new roof, and I figured this would be a good way for me to use my love of role playing games for a good cause.
So we’re hosting a day of one shot adventures.
This is, in fact, our second one shot day, the first was back in November. This time out we’re hoping to have three tables going, with a maximum of 8 players at a table. If you’re in the South Jersey/Philly area, we’d love for you to join us! Click/tap on the button for more information.
